Our work in Andhra Pradesh is anchored in state-level, multi-stakeholder partnerships with key government institutions, including the Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Department, the State Forest Department, and the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), along with the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP).
We aim to build a sustainable forest economy rooted in secure tenure, strong community institutions, and market-linked bamboo and seasonal forest product (SFP) value chains.
We facilitate the acquisition of tenure rights for local communities through technology-enabled, large-scale implementation of Community Forest Rights (CFR), enable aggregation at scale, and establish strong market linkages for bamboo by developing value chains within CFR landscapes, aligning communities, government, and industry.
Alluri Sitarama Raju (ASR)
In collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh Forest Department, we conducted a data collection exercise in ASR district to inventory bamboo resources, generating gold-standard ground-truthing data for a state-wide inventory.

Polavaram
In Polavaram district (Rampachodavaram and Chintur divisions), five forest-based Producer Companies have been formed to aggregate SFPs, strengthen community enterprises, and enable direct market linkages within CFR landscapes
We’re always open to partnerships, ideas, and conversations. Reach out to explore collaboration or to learn more about our work.
