Geeta Madkami- Field Assistant

Geeta Madkami is currently working as a Field Assistant with the Bharti Institute of Public Policy at the Indian School of Business (ISB). She has a diverse professional background that combines data management with field-based development work.

She began her career as a Data Entry Operator, where she gained experience in data handling and administrative processes. She later worked with Mission Shakti initiatives, which strengthened her understanding of community-level programs and grassroots development.

Geeta joined ISB as an intern, where she received training and hands-on exposure to fieldwork. During this period, she worked closely with rural communities and supported on-ground implementation activities, developing strong skills in coordination, communication, and community engagement.

She has also gained experience working with Producer Companies, supporting their day-to-day operations, facilitating community coordination, and assisting with local business activities.

In her current role, she contributes to field implementation, supports community institutions, and assists in strengthening Producer Company activities across the district.
