Aparna Gudipati, a graduate of the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM-K), is a committed Research Associate with a rich background in food technology. Her professional journey includes a significant internship at the ITC Agri Business Division, where she delved into post-harvest value chains, food safety and quality management systems, and spice processing.
Aparna's work is driven by her passion for critical issues such as food safety, nutritional security, and environmental sustainability, showcasing her dedication to making a difference in these essential areas. Outside of her professional life, Aparna is an avid reader and gardening enthusiast, with a special interest in cultivating microgreens and herbs. Her pursuits in gardening not only reflect her commitment to sustainability but also her keen interest in the practical aspects of nutrition and food security.
